Hairpiece/Extension Return Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY for HAIRPIECES & EXTENSIONS

We want our customers to be very happy with their purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your choice of style, color, length or texture – or simply change your mind – you have the option of returning the hairpiece/extension for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee, or exchange of the hairpiece/extension, within 15 days with the exception of sale items, which DO NOT qualify for REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

HAIRPIECES AND EXTENSIONS:
For the refund to be made, you need to meet the following requirements:

• The hairpiece/extension must be unworn and unaltered (i.e. not cut, colored, adjusted, or otherwise manipulated in any way). Paula shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if a hairpiece/extension has been manipulated and whether it qualifies for a refund or exchange.

• The hairpiece/extension must be returned in its original condition, including the original invoice, tags, and any accessories included with the purchase.

• Hairpieces/extensions that have been specially customized for a customer are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

ACCESSORIES:
Accessories must be returned in their original condition together with the original packaging and invoice/packing slip.

Customers shall be responsible for return shipping charges if customer doesn’t return to Tangles. 

Returns & Exchanges must be approved by Paula.
